The quality control department of Kipaş Textiles is responsible for maintaining the desired level of excellence of the entire product range. This department monitors quality standards for every manufactured product prior to shipment and utilizes quality control parameters requested by the customer. These parameters include administering individual color evaluation tests based on the wash recipe applied by the customer and physical tests based on the methods specified by the customer.
One of our primary goals is to provide channels for continuous improvement of total quality by prioritizing it in every respect of our operations while providing continuous customer satisfaction. Our Technical Services Department under Quality management is established to fulfill this mission by facilitating the after-sales process. This department is responsible for providing services and assistance to customers regarding issues that may arise during garment production or end-use of the product.
