We believe that together, we will rewrite the codes of creativity and re-engineer everything that surrounds us for a better future. As the industry and society, we will be exploring a new sense of purpose. new futures shaped by our past and present. It’s in our hands to shape the history of the future to be rewritten with a different perspective.
We’re in this together to build experiences of the future.
Make good things happen today since tomorrow is here.
Kipaş Textiles is a proud partner of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation in the Jeans Redesign Project.
The Jeans Redesign is creating solutions for a world where clothes never become waste. The guidelines establish the minimum requirements for the durability, material health, recyclability, and traceability of denim jeans, as set out with over 80 denim experts.
By employing the principles of a circular economy, the Jeans Redesign ensures positive impacts for the environment, society, and the health of those people working in its industry.
Through our strategic and exclusive commercial agreement with UNIFI for the supply of REPREVE, 225 million plastic bottles have been recycled by Kipaş.
At Kipaş Textiles, we support a sustainable supply chain and replaced conventional polyester with 100% recycled polyester in our entire production.
Compared to virgin fiber, REPREVE helps to offset the use of petroleum, emitting fewer greenhouse gases and conserving water and energy in the process.
Kipaş Textiles is awarded as the’ Textile Partner Winner” by Unifi’s Champions of Sustainability awards for two consecutive years.
We organize Sustainability Talks Istanbul with Orbit Consultancy to raise awareness on sustainability in the textile industry and bring sector leaders together to take solution-oriented steps.
Our one-day event aims to highlight innovation and transparency and amplify sustainable solutions to many of the complex challenges facing the industry, from the climate emergency to transparency of supply chains, responsible sourcing of raw materials, and minimum resource usage in water and energy.

Green Deal on
Circular Denim
“Denim Deal”
As Kipaş Textiles, we are proud to have joined forces in a new initiative to help make the denim supply chain more sustainable.
The purpose of this Green Deal on Circular Denim is to work with leading parties across the denim value chain to close the loop and thus achieve the necessary sustainable systemic change in this value chain.
‘Denim Deal’ is established to preserve our prosperity for future generations. The City of Amsterdam, other public bodies, and firms working throughout the textile supply chain have signed the ‘Denim Deal,’ an agreement to make denim products more sustainable.
Parties in the value chain, from collectors and recyclers to producers, brand owners, retailers, and public authorities, collaborate on taking significant steps towards using recycled textiles in all denim products marketed in the Netherlands.
We are one of the first supporters of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), a global not-for-profit organization and the world’s most extensive cotton sustainability program.
- Since 2011, Kipaş Textiles is among the top 3 consumers of BCI cotton.
- We sponsor Global Cotton Sustainability Conference every year to bring the entire sector together in shaping a more sustainable future for cotton.
- We are also one of the main sponsors of the Cotton Sustainability Digital Series together with H&M, ChainPoint, ECOM, J.CREW, and NIKE.
BCI aims to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector’s future.
As Kipaş Textiles, we are one of the twelve pioneering players of the New Cotton Project, a strong consortium to support creating a sustainable bio-based circular textile economy.
Each of the 12 participants has a unique role in defining a blueprint for circularity in textiles. Infinited Fiber Company will create unique, cellulose-based textile fibers out of post-consumer textile waste. Frankenhuis and Xamk will be working on the pre-processing and research for the pre-treatment of textile waste. Manufacturers Inovafil, Tekstina, and Kipas will use regenerated fibers to produce yarns, woven fabrics, and denim. REvolve Waste, RISE, and Aalto University will collect and provide data, conduct research and analysis. Fashion for Good will lead on the communications to the industry. Design and manufacture of fibers into clothing will be done by companies in the H&M group and Adidas.
For years, Kipas and Säntis Textiles have worked together closely to improve the textiles industry actively, one meter at a time.
INSPIRE is our additional milestone in our strong partnership, built on generations of textile expertise with sustainable production engrained in the DNA of each company.
The ethos behind INSPIRE is inspiring real change and collaboration for the future of our textile industry through sustainable innovation and production.
